I have had what some might call a love/hate relationship with food, I love food and but food seems to really have something against my thighs! And because of this little problem I have pretty much tried every diet under the sun. I have found out the hard way that diets just don’t work.

My Deliciously Healthy Kitchen is about making changes to your eating patterns in order to achieve a healthier lifestyle.
The recipes taught eliminate all processed foods, white sugar, white flour, artificial sweetener, refined carbohydrates, trans-fats and saturated fats.

My ethos is basing your diet on whole grains, pulses, lots of fruit and vegetables, nuts and seeds, oily fish, small amounts of goats/sheep’s cheeses or yoghurt and lean free-range meats.
